KEYES strengthens its Executive Committee with the appointment of Clarisse Ramakers as Chief Innovation and Technology Officer
KEYES is strengthening its Executive Committee with the appointment of Clarisse Ramakers as Chief Innovation and Technology Officer (CITO). A few weeks after announcing the unification of NRB, WIN, Computerland, Trigone and Trasys under the KEYES banner, this appointment marks a new strategic milestone for the company, aimed at supporting its technological ambitions and accelerating its growth trajectory.
Recognised for her ability to decode ongoing digital transformations, her deep understanding of technological ecosystems and her strategic vision of industry challenges, Clarisse Ramakers will bring valuable expertise to KEYES in helping build the digital society of tomorrow. She will take up her position in September 2026.
A well-known figure in the Belgian technology sector, Clarisse Ramakers previously served as Managing Director of Agoria Wallonie, the Belgian federation for technology companies. Holding degrees in Law and Management from Université de Liège, she has established herself in recent years as an influential voice in digital innovation in French-speaking Belgium.
As part of the Horizon 2029 strategic plan, Clarisse Ramakers will be responsible for structuring and driving KEYES’ innovation strategy while ensuring its consistency and long-term coherence.
This appointment also reflects KEYES’ ambition to position technology as a strategic driver supporting the Group’s positioning and strengthening its integration within institutional and market ecosystems.
Thanks to her in-depth knowledge of the Belgian technology ecosystem — ranging from academic and research institutions to innovation hubs — Clarisse Ramakers will also bring a new dimension to the Group’s innovation dynamics. Together with the teams, she will help strengthen synergies between technological innovation, business expertise and clients’ concrete needs in order to develop high value-added solutions.
“The arrival of Clarisse Ramakers within the Executive Committee marks a key milestone for KEYES. She brings a sharp understanding of market developments and companies’ expectations regarding technological challenges. Her background and her ability to connect businesses, innovation and institutions strengthen our ability to structure our ambitions and accelerate our development. We share the same commitment: putting technology at the service of concrete and useful solutions. Clarisse will directly contribute to strengthening our technological positioning and supporting our growth trajectory by aligning teams around clear objectives and reinforcing our execution capabilities.” Laurence Mathieu - CEO of KEYES
“I am particularly pleased to welcome Clarisse Ramakers to the Executive Committee of KEYES. In a world where artificial intelligence and digital sovereignty challenges are profoundly reshaping our clients’ expectations and the role of technology players, this appointment reflects our conviction that technology and innovation must play a central role in our strategy. With Clarisse, we have the profile and vision needed to achieve our ambitions for 2029 and to confirm KEYES’ position as a leading digital player in Belgium and across Europe.” Philippe Lallemand - Chairman of the Board of Directors of KEYES
By joining KEYES, Clarisse Ramakers aims to actively contribute to the growth of a strong and ambitious Belgian technology company in which she deeply believes.
“Digital technology is now a key lever for competitiveness, whose full potential remains largely untapped, particularly in areas such as sovereignty, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Joining KEYES is fully aligned with this momentum: the company already has a solid foundation and a positioning that enables it to accelerate its development. I was convinced by the momentum initiated by KEYES: a new brand, a structured strategy and a clear ambition for growth. I am joining the teams with a strong desire to contribute to this trajectory and to support companies in their technological transformations.” Clarisse Ramakers
For Laurence Mathieu as well as Clarisse Ramakers, building the digital society of tomorrow cannot be achieved without placing people back at the heart of reflection, decision-making and technological choices. Putting people first means developing technologies with high added value for businesses, citizens and society as a whole. It also means promoting innovation that creates sustainable value, where performance is not achieved at the expense of well-being and where growth goes hand in hand with positive societal impact.
This appointment confirms KEYES’ determination to accelerate its current momentum and strengthen its technological positioning in support of an innovative, sovereign and sustainable digital future in Belgium and Europe.
